We start where the foundation ends — six, ten, sometimes forty feet below the surface — because that’s where Florida homes and commercial buildings actually fail. Our team specializes in soils engineering: the discipline of identifying and addressing subsurface issues like ground subsidence, weak soils, sinkholes, and saturated bearing layers.
That focus matters in Florida specifically. The same karst limestone that gives the state its springs also gives it sinkholes. The same coastal sand that builds beaches washes out from under footings during hurricane saturation. The same expansive clay layers that nourish inland farms swell and shrink seasonally, cracking the homes built on top of them. Generic concrete patches don’t address any of that.
