Florida State Licensing
We carry both the licenses Florida requires for residential and commercial deep foundation work — separately. Most “foundation repair” companies hold only one of these, which limits the work they’re legally allowed to perform. We hold both.
- CBC1267322 — Florida Certified Building Contractor. Authorizes us to perform structural and load-bearing work on commercial buildings of any size.
- FRO9007 — Florida DBPR Foundation Repair License. Specific authorization for residential foundation repair work.
Insurance Coverage
Foundation work that goes wrong is expensive. Our coverage is sized to that reality:
- $5,000,000 general liability insurance on every project
- Bonded for commercial work — bonding company name and number provided on request for any commercial project
- Workers’ compensation coverage on every crew member, every install
- Certificates of insurance available before mobilization on any commercial project
Manufacturer Certifications
We work hand-in-hand with two of the most trusted helical pier suppliers in the country — Patriot Foundation Systems and Foundation Systems Supply. Their hardware is what goes in the ground on your project, paired with our 60,000+ piers of installation experience.
- Patriot Foundation Systems Partner — high-capacity helical pile systems engineered for residential and commercial foundation repair. Genuine OEM hardware, fully compatible with PE-stamped designs and ICC-ES referenced specifications.
- Foundation Systems Supply Partner — a leading supplier of residential and light commercial helical and push pier systems. Industry-leading warranty coverage on residential installations.
- 60,000+ Piers Installed — over two decades of hands-on field experience across Florida residential, commercial, and historic-structure projects.
Industry Approvals
Beyond the manufacturer training, the systems themselves have to pass independent technical evaluation. The credential lenders, building officials, and insurers actually ask about:
- ICC-ES Approved — every helical and push pier system we install carries an ICC-ES Evaluation Service Report (ESR) certifying compliance with International Building Code section 1810. ESR numbers are referenced on PE-stamped designs and submitted with permit applications.
- Florida Building Code Chapter 18 compliant — all designs reference the relevant chapter of the FBC for foundation and underground construction.
- PE-stamped designs — we stamp our own designs in-house. The plans submitted to the building department carry the original signature and seal of a Florida-registered Professional Engineer.
Reputation & Recognition
Certifications prove competence; reviews prove how the work goes in practice.
- BBB A+ Accredited Since 2017 — sustained complaint resolution, transparent business practices, no unresolved complaints in the past three years
- 4.9 star Google rating — across 220+ reviews on the Lake City Google Business Profile, covering work in all 8 Florida regions
- “Best of the Best” recognition (2017) for foundation work in our home market
- Family-owned and operated since 2003
Why this matters when the work is done
At install completion, you should walk away with a documentation package that includes the PE-stamped design, an install log showing torque-to-capacity for every pier, a signed load-test certificate (commercial) or load-test summary (residential), and the lifetime structural warranty. That package is what lenders ask for at refinance, what insurers ask for in a claim, and what buyers ask for at sale. We deliver the full package on every project — not as an upgrade, as the standard.
